Ceilia is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received a B.A. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University in 2021 and an M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023. Ceilia’s research experience ranges from synthesizing PROTACs for the potential treatment of pancreatic cancer to developing anesthetic antagonists for propofol. She joined the van der Donk group in the Fall of 2023.
